WW2 Russian flying helmet

Intermediate weight flying helmet manufactured in soft chestnut brown leather with a fine blanket lining.  It is cut with a short neck flap and fitted with press studded earflaps, twin rear goggle straps, and an adjustable leather chin strap with a single pronged buckle.  Light wear and some scuffing to the crown but the leather is generally in very good to excellent condition, quite clean, and very supple.  There are various numbers inked into the lining.   A very nice helmet.  Stock code H24839.
