Small lot relating to the marriage of F/O Robert D. Robinson of Chicago, USA (8th AAF) to Edna Pilkington of West Bridgeford, Nottingham on 9th December 1944. Consists of a wedding invitation sent to a Mr & Mrs Hibberd, a photo (8.5 x 13.5cm) of the happy couple, and a telegram sent to Edna from her husband on the occasion of their first wedding anniversary. In the photograph he is seen wearing his pinks and greens uniform on which his pilot/aircrew wing, a distinguished unit citation, and three overseas stripes are visible. Stock code P24215A-200.
