RAF 1943 pattern flying boots

Stores reference 22c/917-924.  The wartime 'escape' pattern flying boot.  Unknown size, measuring roughly 29.5cm from toe to heel so perhaps a'7'?  The suede uppers are excellent with only a little rubbing and soiling.  Good straps/buckles.  Both  Air Ministry marked zips are excellent and the shoe sections are generally excellent bar minor wear as shown in the photographs.  There is a small section of stitching missing on the seam between the right shoe and suede upper.  Fitted with their original leather soles and heel plates.  The fur linings have light even soiling.  With insoles.  Please note that the 'spots' visible on some of the images are not present on the boots and the result of a lighting/lens aberration.  A very good '+' to excellent used pair.  Stock code B24795.
