RAF C-type flying helmet, late pattern

Stores reference 22c/880, size 4 (7^3/8 - 7^1/2).  The leather is supple, clean and in excellent overall condition.  All goggle straps are good and the press studs retain virtually all of their original coatings.  Minor verdigris on some studs.  Both rubber receiver carriers are excellent/fully flexible and the lining is complete/undamaged with average soiling.  The chinstrap retains good colour and elasticity.  Wired with an excellent light tan coloured loom, type 32 receivers and brown cased type 119 bell jackplug.  Named to owner.  An excellent used helmet in the largest size produced.  Stock code H25090.
