Manufactured by Robinson & Sons Ltd., Chesterfield for the Royal Air Force Medical Dept. Standard shell dressing in a cotton pouch. Approximately 15 x 9 x 5cm. Printed with directions for use and faintly dated January/March 1945. Excellent unused condition. Shell dressings are common but RAF marked examples are very unusual. Stock code M25405.
