Stores reference 6D/645. Size small. The facepiece is a bit grubby but retains good overall shape other than inward curling of the lower edge. Most of the rubber is good and flexible but the extreme edges are less pliable and there is minor loss and cracking there. More cracks are visible around the inspiration valve and harness/nosewire retaining lugs but the vast majority of the facepiece is crack-free. Nose-wire absent. The harness webbing is faded and stretched with no elasticity remaining. The remnants of two original rubber bands remain. Lined with moderately soiled light tan suede. The mask is fitted with a type 48 microphone assembly with an anti-freeze gauze plate (type 25 microphone, loom and socket), all in excellent condition. A reasonably good mask that displays well.
