RAF pilot's flying log book

Form 414.  Pilot's Flying Log book named to P.R. Jones.   It begins with a taining flight on May 4th 1947 at Victorial Falls in Southern Rhodesia on a de Havilland Fox Moth.  The next entry is on August 21st at No.5 Flying Training School, RAF Thornhill, Southern Rhodesia with a flight in an Anson.  In January of 1949 he is a passenger in an Auster at Youngs Field, Capetown, and then there is a gap until flights resume in June the same year.  He's now at No.3 A.N.S. RAF Thornhill, Southern Rhodesia in the back seat of a Harvard II.  The next entry is a flight in an Auster at Kumalo in July 1950.  Then there is an eight year gap after which he is flying in Douglas DC-3s between Africa and Italy, Italy and London etc.  In 1960 he does a couple of flights in Canadair 4s, and in 1965 he flies in B.O.A.C. Vickers VC10s, a Trident (B.E.A.), Douglas DC-8 (U.T.A.) & Vickers Viscount (C.A.A.).  In 1969 flights continue on Boeing 707s (S.A.A.).  The final two entries (1970 & 1976) are flights in a Beechcraft Baron and a Boeing 747.  An unusual log, Jones only totals 75 hours and 40 minutes of flying time and there are large gaps between entries.  Good condition.  Stock code P26142.
