RFC used flying helmet

An unusual early private purchase flying helmet manufactured in very soft light tan chromed leather with a dense soft real animal fur lining throughout.  Interestingly the helmet has extended sidepanels that can be fastened around the chin/neck area to provide greater protection from the elements.  This gives a similar appearance to a RFC cowl helmet or a modified cowl helmet.  The leather is ilightly soiled/stained but in excellent overall condition.  One of the three female press studs is absent but sidepanels can still be closed via the remaining studs.  The lining is excellent.  The original owner's name is faintly marked to one side with another name above erased.  Stock code H26346.
