RAF Warrant Officer pilot's tunic, 1944

Jackets, Blue-Grey W.O. Pattern. By Lewis & Co. (Clothiers) Ltd. Size 18 (Height 6'1" - 6'2", Breast 41" - 42", Waist 38"). 1944 dated. A relatively scarce official Warrant Officer pattern four pocket service dress tunic with an excellent heavily padded pilot wing and woven King's crown W.O. sleeve badges. Overall appearance is excellent, the barathea cloth retains good colour and is quite clean. We could only find two very small moth holes - one on the collar, the other on the right arm as shown in the photographs. The tunic retains its original belt with cast buckle and original buttons. The lining is very good with clear label. A lovely jacket. Stock code U26373.
