RAF Mk.VIII flying goggles, boxed

Stores reference 22c/930.  The frames are in excellent condition with no notable rubbing or paint loss.  The leather surround is equally good with faint Air Ministry markings on the brow pad and the suede backing has only very light soiling.  The strap retains quite strong colour but is stretched, lacks elasticity and has light corrosion on the metal fittings.  Fitted with an excellent pair of clear lenses.  Complete with the original box of issue.  This is in sound condition but somewhat squashed and worn.  It  contains an antidim container, dated 6/41 with a 4/42 dated cloth.  A very good lightly used pair of goggles.  Stock code G18313.
