RAF Mk.VII flying goggles

Stores reference 22c/827.  The frame is in good condition but has some paint loss and minor distortion.  The leather surround and nosepiece are sound but have surface wear in places.  The soft chamois backing has only average soiling but the internal padding has deteriorated and feels rather thin/hard.  Fitted with a very good set of clear glass lenses.  This pair is fitted with the later issue elasticated webbing strap which is a little ragged in places, and rather stretched.  Not perfect but they display well and are suitable for both RAF and USAAF displays.   Stock code G26574 .
