American home front propaganda letterheads c. 1943.  Thin war-economy paper.  Approximately 18 x 26cm.  A set of 18 humorous  'Keep 'Em Smiling' letterheads comprised of three different designs, six of each.  One is illustrated with a cartoon of an American submarine/commander and Hitler, Mussolini & Hirohito in the water.  Captioned 'Put Them On A Tin Fish Diet'.  The next has an USN fighter aircraft and sinking Japanese ship with the caption 'Put The Heat To Hirohito' and the last is illustrated with American ships and is captioned 'Do That Job And Hurry Home'.  The letterheads are in excellent unused condition complete with paper sleeve (torn).  A super Home Front collectable.  Stock code BO1644.
