Form 10.  Approximately 22 x 28cm.  4pp, 10/44 dated.  Flight log with sections to be completed by the flight engineer before, during and after every flight.  The centre pages are for entries made at every change of flight or engine conditions and at 30 minute intervals.  The rear page is for recording the fuel consumption.  A little creased and dog-eared but in good overall condition.  Unused.  Rarely found.  Stock code P27183-21.
